All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

2. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working on expanding our delivery network to additional countries in the future.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is typically 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • East Coast & Central U.S.: 4–6 business days
  • West Coast & remote areas: 6–8 business days

Please note that weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand seasons may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control. We’ll do our best to keep you informed along the way.

4. Shipping Fee Policy

We are proud to offer 100% free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum spend, no surprise charges.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery in real time using the carrier’s tracking link provided.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team for assistance.

6. Delivery Guarantees & Support

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time.
If your parcel is:

  • Delayed beyond the estimated timeframe
  • Lost in transit
  • Damaged upon arrival
    Please contact us immediately at service@shophia.shop. We’ll work directly with the shipping provider to investigate and provide a resolution — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or expedited reshipment.

7. Holiday Shipping Notes

During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or major holidays), processing and shipping times may be slightly extended due to increased demand. We encourage you to order early during holiday periods to ensure timely delivery.
