We want you to love your umbrella. If it doesn’t meet your expectations — whether in color, style, size, or condition — you can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.
We accept returns for:
- Items that don’t match your order
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Personal preference (wrong color, changed your mind, etc.)
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Used, damaged (non-factory), or altered items may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Who Covers Return Shipping?
To keep things fair and transparent:
- If the issue is on our side (e.g. wrong item, product defect, shipping damage), we’ll fully cover the return shipping cost.
- For exchanges, once your returned item is received and approved, we’ll ship the replacement to you free of charge.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
